The fair thrives on your generous donations!
Yes, at the heart of the fair is your generosity. From things around your home that you no longer need or haven’t found a use for, to business services and gift certificates…all are vital to help raise the funds that help make our students’ learning experience even better!

Here are ways you can donate:
NOTE: Donations can be dropped off:
in the Spring Fair Donation Box at the front entrance a couple of weeks prior to the fair,
Friday May 3rd from 3:30 – 7:30 pm OR
Saturday 9:00 – 10:00 am.
Baked goods can be dropped off Friday 3:30 – 7:30 pm or Sat. 9:00 – 10:00 am.
Donate Silent Auction Items…
Are you a business owner? Your products or services are what make the auction so great! Consider donating a service or product for our auction. This includes student services as well! Services such as dog walking, meal preparation and babysitting are popular services. If you visit a business regularly, why not invite them to be a part of our community by donating a product or gift certificate?
Donate PRIZES for the games…
Over 2000 prizes are needed to hand out when the kids play the games. Small items like plastic toys, figurines, costume jewellery, dollar store items etc. are always welcome.
Donate White Elephant Items…
Our White Elephant sale is focused on children’s toys, games, DVDs, CDs or books. No clothes, footwear, electronics or household goods please! Please drop items at Donation Box in Front entrance from April 18-May 4 (we would prefer the evening of May 4 during set up!).
Donate Used Books…
Please donate any recent books (in good shape and good taste!). Please no encyclopedias, text books or outdated travel guides. Drop off your donations in the Donation Box in the Front Entrance. (we would prefer the Friday evening during set up!).
Grow A Plant…
Donate plants! Hostas, day lilies, asters, ground cover vines, healthy house plants, etc. Please label plants! Please drop off on Friday from 3:30-8:00 or Saturday from 9:00-10:00 at the school.
Bake some goodies…Please ensure all baked items are nut free.
CAKE and Cupcake Walk – we give away one 60 cakes and 10 dozen cupcakes during the fair. Decorate them however you like! One layer cake with icing and sprinkles and voila!!
Bake Sale – Our bake sale and cupcake/cake walk events are always delicious and always popular! For the bake sale, jams, preserves and sauces are welcome! For the cake walk/cupcake walk, decorations rule! The kids love gummy worms, sprinkles, etc.
Please drop off on Friday from 3:30-8:00 or Saturday from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at the school.
